Orders over 150kg will be sent on a Pallet
We do not ship outside of the UK
*Free delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or R.O.I and a shipping price will be calculated by our warehouse team
All orders have a warehouse processing period of two working days before being shipped if they are placed before 1PM, and three working days if placed after 1PM. Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to arrive once they have been dispatched from our warehouse
All orders under 150kg will be sent via UPS. UPS will make three delivery attempts to deliver an order. If the recipient is not available for all three of the delivery attempts, and has not made our office aware that they will be unavailable prior to dispatch, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and the recipient will be responsible for making a postage payment to resend the order.
Local Delivery:
Certain postcodes will qualify for our free local delivery service. To find out if you are eligible for local delivery, go to the 'Submit Draft Order' page and select 'Local Delivery', type in your delivery postcode and you will be notified whether or not your address is eligible for this service. If you are eligible, you will be presented with a delivery calendar that shows the next time we are in your area. Select the date you would like us to deliver and proceed with sending your draft order to us.

Store Pickup:
If you are local to us, you can choose to pick up your order from our factory. To do this, choose the products you would like to order then go to the cart in the top right corner. This will take you to the 'Submit Draft Order' page and here you can select Store Pickup. The only Location to pick up from is George Romney LTD, Mintsfeet RD N, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6NA. You will then be presented with a calendar to choose which day you would like to pick your order up. Please note that we have a warehouse processing period of two working days if your order is placed before 1PM and three working days if placed after 1PM.
