Do I need to be a business to shop online with you?
We sell products by the outer, so it is unlikely that you will want that quantity if you are an individual. In order to open a wholesale account with us you need to provide a business number, meaning you do need to be a business to have access to our wholesale range

How do I set up a wholesale account?

The easiest way to become a stockist of our products is by going on to our website and visiting the 'Stockists' page on our main menu. Towards the bottom of this page you will find a 'become a Stockist' section with a button that opens up a new stockist form. Within this form provide a contact name, billing/delivery address, telephone number, email address and a business number. A background check will be performed to ensure the details provided are correct. If we are satisfied with the details provided, a wholesale account will be created on your behalf and an email will be sent so that you can activate the wholesale account and create a password.


Do your prices include VAT?
All our wholesale prices include VAT. Once your order is finalised, we create another invoice on our accounting system which provides a VAT breakdown, and a paper copy of this invoice will be included with delivery of your goods.


Do you sell your entire store range online?
We are constantly reviewing and extending our product range to provide you with the latest confectionery products, these can be found under the ‘New Products’ category. Merchandise products are not available to wholesale customers.


Do you sell overseas?
We do not currently sell overseas with shipping only provided to delivery addresses within the UK. Please note that orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or R.O.I will receive a special shipping quote from our warehouse team as they are excluded from standard shipping costs.


How long will my order take to be delivered?
Just before you place your order you will be provided with a range of delivery options including Shipping, Local Delivery & Store Pickup. Please allow a warehouse processing period of 2 working days if your order is placed before 1pm and 3 working days if it is placed after 1pm. If your order is being delivered via our Shipping option, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please see our delivery page for full details. Orders under 150kg are usually delivered by UPS and a tracking number will be provided when your shipment is Dispatched. Orders over 150kg will arrive via a pallet from SCS Logistics.
