Kendal Torchlight Festival
A huge thank you to Kendal College Performing Arts students who chose to showcase Romney's Kendal Mint Cake in this year's torchlight festival. The theme of this year's festival was Kendal's past and present and we were proud to see our world-famous energy bar feature heavily within the parade.

2023 County Show
“The 2023 Westmorland County Show is the first time we have had a trade stand at an event of this size so we really didn’t know what to expect going into it. I’m thrilled to say that it was a very successful week for us and it was great to see so many familiar faces! We also really enjoyed introducing Romney’s Kendal Mint Cake to so many new people. Our hand made fudge bags we’re also extremely popular and the butter fudge samples went down a treat! Family Business Awards Visit
In September we had the pleasure of welcoming Sue Howorth back to our factory to discuss our plans for the future and everything that has gone on since winning the People's Choice Cumbria Award in May. Sue is part of the Family Business Community and the advice she is able to provide to a business such as ours has been truly invaluable. Since our conversation, we have been able to make key connections within the industry that will help with our growth and allow for expansion into new markets.
